Kevin is our newest team member in the Service department. He will be working alongside our veteran Service Advisor, John Falk, who has been with us for the past 16 years. Kevin is originally from Enderlin, North Dakota and spent most of his adult life in New Jersey where he raised his two daughters. He has been in the automotive industry since 2004 and is ASE consultant certified. His experience ranges from working as a Sales Consultant, to being a Service Advisor for brands like Ford, Subaru and an Independent shop in Pineville that he managed for the past 8 years. 

Hobby-wise, Kevin is an avid hunter, mainly pheasant. He also enjoys going to the
shooting range and shooting off a few rounds. There never seems to be enough time to enjoy all your hobbies, but when able, Kevin loves to play golf. "North Carolina is like the golfing capital of the US when you come from playing in New Jersey where the golf courses are rough and barren, and your swinging next to old brick buildings! The courses here are beautiful," says Kevin. 

It is our sincere desire that all our customers meet Kevin. "He is very honest and a hardworking individual. So far all our regular service customers have enjoyed meeting him, and he has already proven to be very competent and customer-focused," says Service Manager David Butler. "Take care of the customer and they will take care of you," says Kevin.
