Holiday shopping safety reminders:
Keep shopping bags out of sight. Put your purchases in the trunk or use a cargo cover to block the view of would be thieves.
If you purchase a big ticket item consider taking it straight home or save that purchase for your last stop while shopping.
Park in well lit areas at night. Have your keys and remote in your hands before you get to your vehicle. Many fobs have panic buttons if someone suspicious approaches you.
When walking in parking lots keep your head up and be aware of your surroundings.
